Committee on Standing Orders Review
The key responsibilities of Committee on Standing Orders Review are:

To review the current Standing Orders that came into force on 1st January 1982 and report to Parliament, with such comment as it thinks fit, any rules of procedures or parliamentary practice in those Standing Orders, to which the Committee is of the opinion that the attention of the Parliament should be directed.

To report to Parliament any changes which the Committee thinks desirable or any alterations which the Committee thinks fit in the interpretation of the Speaker’s ruling:

Enquire into any question in connection with parliamentary upon that question;

Report to parliament as to the results of the enquiry or review on such matters subject to the enquiry or review;
and include such other duties as assigned to the Committee by Standing Orders approved by Parliament
