COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL  AFFAIRS

The Primary objectives of the Committee are:

· To enquire into the Ombudsman Office;

· To enquire into the Teaching Service Commission (TSC);

· To enquire into the Public Service Commission;

· To enquire into the Police Service Commission including other Constitutional bodies;

· To examine the existing legal framework that governs the said Constitutional bodies and propose some changes;

· To ensure that the proposed changes align with the Constitution;

· To review annual reports of the Constitutional bodies and report to Parliament.
